Even though the Algarve, Portugal is a favorite destination with tourists from around Europe the actual area has not been spoiled in the same ways as those tourists spots in Spain have been. Certainly renting a villa in the Algarve in the high season (June, July and August) is going too much more than, if you were to rent one in say March or September.

Another factor that on what price you will pay for your villa rental is what facilities and amenities are offered with. If you choose to rent a property that, have its own private swimming pool and a maid service then expect to pay more than you would for a villa that does not have these.

One thing that you will notice when it comes to renting a villa in the Algarve is that they have everything one could need whilst away from home. All you really need to bring with you is a suitcase with your holiday clothes in and of course yourselves. Plus the majority of villas also have satellite TV installed so you have the opportunity in the evenings to let the kids chill out before they go to bed, especially after a full days activities.

When deciding upon which size villa it is you want to rent you need to take into account the number of people that will staying with you. Remember the more people the bigger the villa required and the more this is going to cost to rent. However, the cost per person whilst staying in such a property is reasonable compared to what you would have to pay when staying in a hotel.
